At Creations De Colores, every item is custom-made specifically for you. We take pride in creating high-quality personalized products and appreciate your support of our small business.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom T-shirts
Jerseys and uniforms
Polos
Hoodies
Tumblers
Mugs
Name tags
Stickers
Promotional items
Any item with custom text, logos, names, numbers, or artwork

Customer Responsibility

Please carefully review all order details before completing your purchase, including:

Spelling
Names
Numbers
Sizes
Colors
Quantities
Uploaded artwork or logos
Personalization details

Creations De Colores is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Orders are produced exactly as entered during checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Creations De Colores.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.

Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for you.
