1. General

Creations De Colores provides custom apparel, promotional products, personalized gifts, and other custom merchandise. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all information before submitting an order, including:

• Spelling
• Names
• Numbers
• Sizes
• Colors
• Quantities
• Uploaded artwork or logos
• Personalization details

Orders will be produced exactly as submitted. Creations De Colores is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By uploading logos, artwork, images, or other content, you confirm that you own the rights to use those materials or have permission from the copyright or trademark owner.

Customers are solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims resulting from submitted artwork.

Creations De Colores reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws or contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is processed.

5. Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

6. Production & Shipping

Production times vary depending on the product and order size.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Creations De Colores is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

7. Local Pickup

Customers selecting Local Pickup will be contacted once their order is ready.

Pickup is by appointment unless otherwise specified.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be subject to additional storage arrangements after we attempt to contact the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, all personalized and custom orders are final sale.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only offered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent due to our error. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photos and the order number.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Creations De Colores shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer service, and improving our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Creations De Colores reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
